End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GRKN Studios Management Ltd ("Licensor") for the use of the HubCart mobile application ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer the App or your rights under this EULA.
  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GRKN Studios Management Ltd. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Monthly and yearly plans are available. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Apple and Google Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any applicable purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.

Bu Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("SKLS"), siz ile GRKN Studios Management Ltd ("Lisans Veren") arasında HubCart mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımına ilişkin yasal bir sözleşmedir.

Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu SKLS'nin şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı indirmeyin veya kullanmayın.

1. Lisans Hakkı

Lisans Veren, size Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara yüklemek ve yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans vermektedir.

2. Kısıtlamalar

  • Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamazsınız.
  • Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu elde etmeye çalışamazsınız.
  • Uygulamayı alt lisans veremez, satamaz, kiralayamaz veya devredemezsiniz.
  • Uygulamayı yasadışı herhangi bir amaç için kullanamazsınız.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve tüm içerik, özellik ve işlevsellik, GRKN Studios Management Ltd'nin münhasır mülkiyetinde kalacaktır. Uygulama telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer yasalarla korunmaktadır.

4. Uygulama İçi Satın Alma ve Abonelikler

Uygulama, isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alma ve abonelikler sunabilir. Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin sona ermesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.

5. Gizlilik

Uygulamayı kullanımınız aynı zamanda bu SKLS'ye referans olarak dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamız tarafından yönetilmektedir.

6. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama, açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Lisans Veren, Uygulamanın hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmez.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Lisans Veren, Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Fesih

Bu SKLS, feshedilene kadar geçerliliğini korur. Şartlardan herhangi birini ihlal etmeniz durumunda haklarınız otomatik olarak sona erer.

9. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu SKLS, İngiltere ve Galler hukukuna tabidir.

Настоящее Лицензионное соглашение с конечным пользователем («ЛСКП») является юридическим соглашением между вами и GRKN Studios Management Ltd («Лицензиар») об использовании мобильного приложения HubCart («Приложение»).

Загружая или используя Приложение, вы соглашаетесь с условиями настоящего ЛСКП. Если вы не согласны, не загружайте и не используйте Приложение.

1. Предоставление лицензии

Лицензиар предоставляет вам ограниченную, неисключительную, непередаваемую, отзывную лицензию на установку и использование Приложения исключительно в личных, некоммерческих целях.

2. Ограничения

  • Запрещается копировать, изменять или распространять Приложение.
  • Запрещается осуществлять обратную разработку или пытаться извлечь исходный код Приложения.
  • Запрещается сублицензировать, продавать, сдавать в аренду или передавать Приложение.
  • Запрещается использовать Приложение в незаконных целях.

3. Интеллектуальная собственность

Приложение и весь его контент являются исключительной собственностью GRKN Studios Management Ltd и защищены законодательством об авторском праве и товарных знаках.

4. Покупки и подписки

Приложение может предлагать встроенные покупки и подписки. Все покупки обрабатываются через Apple App Store или Google Play Store. Подписки автоматически обновляются, если не отменены как минимум за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.

5. Конфиденциальность

Использование Приложения также регулируется нашей Политикой конфиденциальности.

6. Отказ от гарантий

Приложение предоставляется «как есть» без каких-либо гарантий. Лицензиар не гарантирует, что Приложение будет работать без ошибок или перебоев.

7. Ограничение ответственности

В максимальной степени, допустимой применимым законодательством, Лицензиар не несёт ответственности за какой-либо косвенный или случайный ущерб, возникший в результате использования Приложения.

8. Прекращение действия

Настоящее ЛСКП действует до его прекращения. Ваши права автоматически прекращаются при нарушении любого из условий.

9. Применимое право

Настоящее ЛСКП регулируется законодательством Англии и Уэльса.
